Beans Beans are plentiful this time of the year, and we will not be able to enjoy them for much longer!
We have round beans, flat beans and snake beans for those in the know.
Beans are an excellent source of vitamins A and C, especially if eaten raw.
Dip them in alioli for a fantastic snack! Or serve them with a nice homemade tomato sauce as side dish with your meal.
